1.Do you offer phone support?

Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support at this time as we handle all customer inquiries via email. 

Please note that our team will respond to you within 24-business hours. We appreciate your patience.  


2.May I cancel the order?

We can only cancel orders that haven't been processed by our shipping department. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it's no longer able to be cancelled/refunded. If necessary, you may refuse the package at the time of delivery. Once we receive the package back at our facility we will be happy to modify or cancel and refund the order.


3.What is your return policy?

4. Can I apply a coupon code after I have placed an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply coupon codes to orders after they have been placed. Please ensure to input your desired coupon code at the time of checkout prior to placing an order to apply the promotion to the order.


5. Do you offer military discounts?

Unfortunately, we do not offer military discounts at this time.
